About

I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Tulane University, advised by Prof. Mettu. Before joining Tulane, I received my B.Sc. (Honors) in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. My research focuses on Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) and AI for Science (AI4S), with a particular emphasis on immunoinformatics, where I develop interpretable machine learning methods to advance discoveries in immunology. My broader research interests include computational neuroscience, genomics, proteomics, experiment-driven bioinformatics, interpretable natural language processing, and machine learning for finance. Currently, I collaborate with Zach and Prof. Ding on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of machine learning and neuroscience. More broadly, I am passionate about developing computational methods and artificial intelligence techniques that accelerate scientific discovery across diverse disciplines.
